Add the option to define minimum duration for which the lease must be held

Currently the checkLease call confirms that we hold the lease right now, and can't be acquired by another owner until at least the lock-delay expires (we would normally detect that we lost the connection earlier than the ttl expires but let's assume). It would be nice to add a configuration which can specify the duration for which the lease must definitely still be owned by the same owner for the check to return true.

This could be useful in situations where the lease is used to start for example scala futures which might require some time to finish so we have to ensure that the lease is still held until the future finishes. (scala futures can't really be interrupted it would be up to the user to select the needed duration)
