colloid's Introduction

This set of scripts, written in awk, can be used for calculate the single-collector contact efficiency (q0) based on the Tufenki and Elimelech correlation equation (eq 17 in the reference shown below).

This version in under develompmento, some comments in the code are written in Spanish. I expect translate them to standard english and implement the models for soft particles and polymer coatings.
