install.sh - can't find packages libqt4-dev and libqt4-sql-mysql

Trying to install Rivendell on Raspberry Pi 3 with Raspberry Pi OS 32-bit by this script:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/edgeradio993fm/scripts/master/install.sh
but it can't find packages libqt4-dev and libqt4-sql-mysql so it fails.

Here is output:
