MIDI support
The audio should support midi files
- add facility to play midi in same player like mp3, ogg etc

Start and end sliders on progress bar

It is possible to specify start and end times on the web component config (attributes), but there is no possibility in the HTML interface yet

On the progress bar add two sliders, one at 0.0 (or supplied start) and one at the end (or supplied end time)
