Tidy up settings

Leftovers from #14.

• Having the blur event be the trigger for pushing changes into the ES cluster seems a bit dodgy.
• The settings don't render properly - they only take up part of the cell.

Reindex tasks

On the indices page -> button to create a reindex job.

Job will be shown on tasks page. Also worth getting reindex jobs for the indices list?

Add cluster tasks dashboard

Inspired by elastic/kibana#42621.

Naming check

Check naming everywhere; https://github.com/EDITD/ElasticSurgery/blob/master/frontend/src/NodesDashboard.jsx#L18 comes to mind as an issue.

Fix inconsistent action/variable.

Create indices

• On indices page
• Button -> open modal
• Within modal name index and settings code area
  • button to load settings from a URL (into the code block)
  • button to load settings from another index (into the code block)

Productionise + instructions

How to deploy ElasticSurgery in a production manner.

• Custom settings support (environment variables?)
• Production docker images?

Add clusters management page

Add/remove cluster configs.

Fix the scrolling issue

For some reason the top bar causes an extra ~64px at the bottom of the body, causing a "double scroll" effect. Really annoying.
