Express-Stormpath Example Project

A simple Express.js web application to demonstrate core Stormpath functionality.

Get Started!

1. Clone this repo to your computer, and cd into the project directory:

git clone https://github.com/stormpath/express-stormpath-sample-project.git
cd express-stormpath-sample-project

2. Install the dependencies from package.json:

npm install

3. Export your Stormpath API Key ID / Secret and Application HREF Environment Variables:

export STORMPATH_CLIENT_APIKEY_ID=xxx
export STORMPATH_CLIENT_APIKEY_SECRET=xxx
export STORMPATH_APPLICATION_HREF=xxx

4. Start the server:

node server.js

5. Visit http://localhost:3000/ in your browser
