Code restructure to add Database

Hey @NickRowlandson, I'd like to restructure GitHub so I can add the database to source control. I'd create a database folder and app folder at the root, and move the existing code into app folder. How do you feel about that?

Proposed new structure:

• app
  • existing node.js code moved here
• database
  • SQL database project put here

I'm open to different structure or folder names too!
