Admins to have CRUD over users entries

At this moment Admin users can only view the timesheets for the users.

We should allow admins to create, update and delete the entries as well.

Better error message for invalid password on invite page

Currently if whilst setting a new password on the invite page user inputs a password less than 8 characters long they get a server error, we should show a friendly error message instead advising on password length requirements.

Entry Categories

It should be possible for Admins to be able to manage a list of categories (CRUD) which can then be associated to a timesheet entry.

The categories should be scoped by organisation.

The category should be mandatory and all existing entries should be assigned with a default category that should be created for each organisation.

When a category is deleted and there are associated entries it should be marked as deleted (soft deleted) and hidden from being used for new entries. It should however remain in place for existing entries and shown when viewing historical records.

Partial hours < 1 fails to submit

When entering times of less than one hour as decimal, if you don't include the leading zero, form submission fails.

To recreate, add a new entry:
0.75 works
.75 fails

Password reset

Add ability for users to request a password reset.

We can use the same token field we already have in the user schema for this.

For now we can just generate a new token for them and an administrator can pass it to them, later when email integration is done we can email it to them instead.

Revisiting invite url displays server error

If you follow an invite URL and change your password which causes the token to be cleared attempting to navigate to the url again causes a server error.

I think it should show a nice error message stating that either the invite link is broken or invite is expired instead.

Enforce email uniqueness

Currently email uniqueness is not enforced although it's marked as unique in the schema.
