Make a real R package

Make a package of the functions, so that it can be loaded into R by library(diveRlib). See example at http://cran.r-project.org/doc/contrib/Lemon-kickstart/kr_pack.html

Reading fails when file has no dec separator

If file contains water column without decimal separator (when recording in centimetres) and temp/cond columns have decimal point, import fails: when there is no point in values, separator is set to comma.

Merging multiple time series (zoo "h") breaks plotting when a series' time index is not aligned to the others

Records of WAS220 between 2013-09-11 and 2013-11-06 are 7 min 16 sec later than the rest. The resulting interleaved NAs in the h zoo prevent proper plotting.
Solution: interpolate to standard times.

Make option for reading manua measurements in CSV2 format

read.manual.meas() has CSV hardcorded. Make option to switch to CSV2.

Avoid hardcoding number of lines for splitting into header and data

Currently, MON files are first read until mon.skip.to.records (value is 53) to get header; then read.table for data starts after skipping mon.skip.to.records. This only works with header length and blank lines as currently produced by Diver Office.

Better solution: read lines until section heading "[Data]" is found. Then start reading data.
