This is usable with ripcord yeah?

I really love Ripcord since it's not resource hungry, but as mentioned everywhere, it has horrible notification stuff. My question is, is there a guide for a non programmer to setup this miracle? TIA

What happened?

building issue

while trying to build discord-notify:
running "binclude": exec: "binclude": executable file not found in $PATH
tried installing https://github.com/lu4p/binclude did not work still

Change icon when unread items

Hi,
Thank you for your app. I use the discord web app but needed a notification app only. Yours is quite perfect ! To reach perfection :-) (for me) would it be possible to change tray icon when there are unread messages ?

Idle status detection

Seems like this program prevents me from receiving notifications on my mobile because it's constantly non-idle. But declaring itself as idle would mean discord doesn't send notifications to the program.

So unless there's a better workaround, either we have to get idle status from ripcord or use xprintidle

High CPU usage

When I sort by CPU Time in my task manager, discord-notify is invariably on top.

Not sure how much of this is on me vs the discord-go library but at the very least we should set max niceness on linux

the install instructions are BROKEN

this whole time no one could install it omg

Tutorial?

Any way you could make a guide on how to set it up for windows, i have been trying for some time but can't seem to figure it out.
My pc is very bad so making this work with ripcord would really help :)

Program does nothing when launched on Windows

People have been waiting for more than a year for an actual clear tutorial on how to make it work on Windows... And I'm one of these people, I've tried using CMD and I tried to use the command stated in the readme.md, but it did absolutely nothing... Also, launching the EXE does nothing as well
