Add support for INI files

It's likely this should be a subclass of File

Add pypi badge to README

It would be good to link to the package on pypi through a badge.

For bonus points, include an additional badge that tracks downloads.

Add support for JSON files

It's likely this should be a subclass of File

Add generated files to .gitignore in root of project

It would be good to add files generated by synth-a-py as exclusions a .gitignore e.g. !/path/to/file.

In the future this could also be used as a way to track files that are managed by synth-a-py so that files that are removed from the config can be deleted automatically.

Add support for MIT LICENSE

Add CLI to generate projects from code

Subsequent calls to `.synth()` fail with permission denied

Files generated are readonly, this causes subsequent attempts to update project configuration to fail

Add example

It would be good to have an examples/ directory in the root of the project to contain some example configs.

Add template for pull request

The template should remind contributors to:

• bump the version
• implement/update __all__ for any added or updated files

This should be added through configuration management (currently projen)

It's likely this should be a subclass of File

Add logging

Application could do with some logging to make it clear what files are being created/updated.

Ideally this will be done using python's built-in logging framework.
