Text Align

Hi. I seem to have everything working, but the alert title is aligned to the left. Is there a way of centring this?

Support iOS 9.3 (by changing 1 line of code)

All that is needed to support iOS 9.3, and by extension a whole lot of older devices such as iPad2, is to change one line of code in Shine.swift:

-		UIApplication.shared.open(downloadTriggerURL, options: [:], completionHandler: nil)

to

+		UIApplication.shared.openURL(downloadTriggerURL)

Given that nothing else in this project requires iOS 10+ I consider it an issue that support is not granted to earlier iOS version and devices. Hopefully you agree and can update the project to support older versions as opposed to making people fork the repo.

Date parsing bug

The parsing of a date from the xml file fails when your locale is not some variant of english.
For example Tue, 10 April 2018 10:01:11 -0600 does not parse if your region is Belgium.
It might be better to choose an other dateformat that is not dependent on localization.

Shine: Error downloading Feed: This node is invalid:

I got this error message, does it mean there is something wrong with my xml description?
Or I cannnot use the dropbox public link?

SWXMLHash is low version that can't build new Xcode Server

When build on Xcode server will error.
the messgae is
Error: SWIFT_VERSION '3.0' is unsupported, supported versions are: 4.0, 4.2, 5.0. (in target 'SWXMLHash')
