wc24app from svn does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install libwc24 with the package from the Downloads-Section
2. svn checkout
3. Try to compile wc24app from svn checkout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally it should compile without errors but that's not possible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the latest version of devkitpro and libwc24 from the 
Downloads-Section and the newest wc24app from the svn-repository.

Unable to open

Every cap it tries to open fails, always says unable to open
