Add `icon` parameter

Add start_date parameter

As a User I want to be able to have my transactions entered into Notion with an icon for each row.

expects: a unicode string

As a User I want to be able to have my transactions entered into Notion starting at a specific date forward

start_date:
expects: a date

Add `exclude_expense` parameter

As a User I want to be able to have some transactions excluded from being entered into Notion by the Expense Name.

exclude_expense:
expects: list of one or more comma separated expense names
optional: True
