An error occurs `julia sim.jl --help`
I've cloned the repo and ran a command from README.md
➜ grabby-aliens git:(main) julia sim.jl --help
ERROR: LoadError: ArgumentError: Package ArgParse not found in current path.
- Run `import Pkg; Pkg.add("ArgParse")` to install the ArgParse package.
