'search_coca' error

Hi Earl,

I'm novice with R and I have some trouble with your program; when I use the 'search_coca' function, it returns "Error in loadNamespace(i, c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[i]]) : there is no package called ‘stringi’"

Could you please help me?

"subscript out of bounds" error when using search_coca

Hi,

When I use search_coca I get the following message:

search_coca("hello")
Working on search term 1 of 1: hello
Match 1 of 0 for search term hello: NA
Error in rvest::html_nodes(kwic_xml, "table")[[2]] :
subscript out of bounds

Any chance you can help diagnose this?

Issue searching COHA

So, I try the following code, and get the following message:

search_coha("erstwhile")
Working on search term 1 of 1: erstwhile
Match 1 of 1 for search term erstwhile: erstwhile
Error in overscope_eval_next(overscope, expr) : object 'X5' not found

Can you diagnose this? I'm helping design a new course on using R in historical linguistics, and being able to search COHA would be a huge asset to our lesson plan.
