Video formats

There are a couple issues and bugs I've found:

• Video doesn't always play and seems to be related to the dimensions + FPS of the video. It is a lottery if you are creating your own video files. It could be memory issues but doubtful..
• I accept that there is limited documentation on this general subject of what files the MPMovieController will play, but it will help the project if someone can figure out what needs to happen when creating a video to ensure it plays with this controller.
• All the videos I've tried are *.MP4 and usually 1280x720.
• The pull request comments about the video not repeating and the self.play not being called are accurate and I've hacked it to make it work with Storyboard.
