check_pg_waiting_queries.pl silently fails on PostgreSQL 9.1 version.

When check_pg_waiting_queries.pl is run against PostgreSQL 9.1, it will always return "No waiting queries", but in fact the monitor is not working at all, because the SQL is invalid.

The server will report an error like:

"function pg_stat_activity() does not exist at char 243"

Because the view "pg_stat_activity" should be used instead.

Instead throwing an exception or error, the logic is currently coded so that it returns "No waiting queries" when this issue exists.

The code should at be updated to return an error, not success, if the database query fails. It should also be updated to reference 'pg_stat_activity' on PostgreSQL 9.1 if supporting that database is of interest.
