At what point does it start to become useful to have a Jekyll theme for elementary to use across multiple projects? Looks like your building out brand colors in your PR

@RMcNeely yeah we've been talking about that. I have learned some things here that I want to bring back to the blog, for example. My big worry is that I don't want to overcomplicate management of shared components, and almost any solution to share a template would do so.

But we're thinking about it and trying to decide where a good separation line would be.

My understanding of Jekyll themes is that you would have all of the styling and templates in the theme and you could chose the layout for an individual page in a specific project.

Perhaps this is overkill but this is about the fourth different Jekyll site for elementary, I'm sure they all share some commonalities.
