How would you go about customizing the logger?

I already saw the docs, but I can't get doing the get_logger() function parameters thing to work. could you send to me a little snippet of how it's supposed to work? Thanks!

Installation is looking for setup

Hello,

I just did what the homepage says one should do.

import qlogging
logger = qlogging.get_logger(level='debug')

logger.debug("This is debug") 
logger.info("This is info")
logger.warning("This is warning")
logger.error("This is an error")
logger.critical("This is a critical")

and it fails with

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
  File "/usr/local/lib/python3.7/dist-packages/qlogging/__init__.py", line 2, in <module>
    from setup import __version__
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setup'

In github I can see the setup.py file, but something is not working as expected. Please forgive my ignorance.
