Permission to adapt & reuse the drama content in a Java mod?

Since this project doesn't appear to have a published licence, I thought it would be polite to ask: is it OK if I incorporate the data (in lib/drama/constants.rb) into an opensource Forge mod (PneumaticCraft: Repressurized to be exact) ?

The idea is to display a random drama string on the mod's Aphorism Tiles (like signs but better) when they're placed down. I have been retrieving content via http://mc-drama.herokuapp.com/raw, but occasional 500 errors and the general overhead of making HTTP requests make me think a completely local solution would be better.

Acknowledgement to this project would of course be given.

Use format

Why I chose to use regex? Because that's how asie's PHP application did it.
Why I would choose to use regex if I was the first one to create this application? I wouldn't. I would use String#format.

This will improve performance, readability, and maintainability.

Add Drama Generation Count

Each time I deploy, dramas.txt is reset back to 0. A good alternative would be to set environment variables or something.

A "We have generated X dramatic events" thing should be put into place. I have no idea how we could do this and have it be consistent for each deploy.

Overlap with fork sign and output

That shouldn't happen should it :P

No title

There is no title for the page; it appears as "mc-drama.herokuapp.com". It should be changed to "The Drama Generator: Ruby Edition" or something.
