Hi. Sorry to post it here,but I didnt see any other way to contact you,elima. Just wanted to tell that the site https://filetea.me is down.. Can you please put it back online? Its so hard to find such good filesharing sites and now is https://filetea.me down

No upload box on ubuntu 17.04

I just installed on Ubuntu 17.04 and I'm getting a page with no options to upload.

Console client

It would be very interesting have a console client to share files directly from console. Some like:

$ filetea my_file.bin

Installing/running instructions

Hi, the README is unfortunately empty and I'd like to have some guidance on how to setup and run filetea on a Linux box.

Please can you add some information on how to build and install your project? A README.md file would be awesome ;)

share link since a smartphone

Impossible to copy the link to a smartphone, add a button to copy the link of sharing would be one more to be able to be used since a smartphone

Command line client

Hi,

filetea is great. But often I want to share a file from the command line, i.e. without firing up a browser. Would it be possible to provide that? I.e. a command filetea <filename> that would contact filete.me, show me an URL to share, and as long as I don’t kill the program (with Ctrl-C), the URL can be used.

filetea 0.1.16 does not support jquery 2

firebug live() is not a function and no file panel
downgrade to jquery 1.8.3 work as expected

QR codes

FileTea could be a very nice way to share files with mobile phones from a local machine. The only painful step is to send the URL to the phone, for which the best way may be QR codes. So maybe besides the URLs there could be a small button to show a QR code for that URL.

I know this isn't the right place for questions,but since there's no way to contact you,I post it here. When will https://filetea.me be back again? it has said this for a long time:
FileTea.me is offline.
It may be resurrected some day..

Cannot connect to filetea instance

When trying to connect to filetea daemon I always get one of these two errors:

with latest release: 403 Forbidden
with filetea-1.x branch: 405 Method not allowed.

This is with Curl. Chrome and Firefox do not show any output at all and simply time out after a while.
Filetea is running on an up2date arch linux system.
