Milestone chosen perk does not save/nor gives the benefit

Hello to all ;),

Yesterday I have leveled my C. city, to lvl. 5, got into the milestone window and selected, the right option of i think "15% discount on storehouse upgrades" and pressed accept. It accepted, but didn't show the milestone "Avatar" in the "line". Clicked on it again and selected, but can't get it to stay saved or that it gives the benefit. The left one also does not work, "faster 6% berry bush gathering".

Quest 'Homer Run' seems to be incorrect

Ojective is to kill enemy but there are none ( ? )

Setup / Installation fix

Here how i was able to launch game.

Run AoEO2144.exe
It will download a file called "Launcher.exe" from MS server.
You will need to edit your windows HOSTS file:
Usually, this file is at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Easiest way to be able to edit it is to search "Notepad" on your start menu, right click notepad and "Run as Administrator". Once Notepad opens, do File->Open and go to the directory above. Switch the file type filter to "All Files" and open HOSTS.
Add a new line to HOSTS:
127.0.0.1 www.ageofempiresonline.com
Download Mongoose free edition and place it on the same directory as AoEO2144.exe and launch it.
Now start the Launcher.exe file you downloaded earlier. You will eventually get in a loop of launchers.
Close all the launchers.
Run AoEOnline.exe -> THIS WILL DOWNLOAD THE GAME.
Once the download is finished then copy the contents of the files directory (in this zip) onto the root of your new Age of Empires Online directory (you know, where you just downloaded it to).
That means: xlive.dll should be on the same folder as Spartan.exe, game.cfg should be inside "startup" and the XML file inside of "data".

Egypt Age Technology

Age up trigger isnt working for Egypt when you set it on obtanable. Can you fix it?

Quest rewards

Quest rewards are always the same. When you finish a quest which gives you two chests, they give Always the same item

Vanity tickets before unlock vanity island

Need to test this one more, but maybe a new starter can:

I got vanity tickets before unlocking vanity Island. Was able to use them, but they didnt go out of inventory, so basically I would have been able to get them all.

After unlock vanity Island I could spend them and the moved out of inventory.

Maybe prevent drop of vanity tickets before vanity Island is unlocked?

Using latest game version?

Hi, just found this AOE Online repository and is epic amazing your work, want to ask, if is possible to use latest game version, with this "cracked server"???

Accepted quests don't save after relog

Accepted quests don't save after relog. For example the Mycenea quests for killing guardians and boars don't save so basically you start over again after relog.

Can someone confirm?

xlive.dll Missing during installation

Hello, I followed the installation instructions and took my a second to get mongoose working, but after that now it says that I am missing xlive.dll?

Celebrate Hatakombia Quest Bug

found a bug on global quest Celebrate Hatakombia (the one where you need to return argos cow to town center) and if you choose for reward to be chest youll get 200 coins and quest wont complete and you can get 200 coins unlimited amount of time, but if you choose for reward to be argos cow youll get chest and 200 coins and quest will be completed

Loot from opened chests disappearing and reappearing

I played aoeo three times now (3 times that I logged in, played and logged out). When on the first quest, I received one legendary item from a chest. Which I opened in the mission/quest, not in the capital city. When I finished the quest and returned to the capital city, only the legendary item was gone. After I logged in the third time, yesterday. It reappeared in the inventory. I equipped it and it did not disappear again. Em, so I do not know what to make of it. Maybe it locked it away since I went through the tutorial...but I somehow doubt it. I should be visible in the inventory even if not equipable.

Note! This was the only time it happened!

Scenario Ediotr Issue

Am I doing something wrong or you can't build neither recruit units. Thanks for the answer.

Optional objectives not working

Tested with the repeatable quest THE BANDIT ARMADA. I'm level 11.
Base rewards were: 15k xp, 100 coin, 1x treasure chest, 1x selectable item
Optional rewards were: 50 coin, 1x treasure chest
What I received: wrong reward (I've selected arrow, got sword instead), 100 coin, 1x treasure chest, 16k xp (this one is odd, not sure why it gave me extra 1k xp). Did not receive the extra 50 coin and extra treasure chest, even though the optional objective was completed (confirmed by green text in the quest tracker)

Twelve kingdoms: Can't start defeat salamis (first quest)

When I accept the global twelve kingdom quests I can't afterwards start defeat salamis. If I leave the twelve kingdom untouched I can start it.

Level 1 gear

Quest drop level 1 gear when they shouldn't. The item shouldn't exist at level 1
