jQuery is missing

A link to jQuery in the Bludit core is missing.

It can be included in the file index.php with

echo Theme::jquery();

Prevent static pages appearing in menu bar

@elpak What is the best way to have static pages that do not appear in the menu bar. At the moment I am using a blank title, which works but isn't very elegent as the <li> tags still appear in the HTML code.

A great enhancement to the theme would be to be able to recognise parents to a static page. Only the parents would appear in the top menu. The children of a parent would appear in a drop down as you hover over the parent.
