Please note that attempting to take one's browser to the link (https://github.com/elyra-ai/community/blob/main/contributing.md) produces a 404 Error with message: "The 'elyra-ai/community' repository doesn't contain the 'contributing.md' path in 'main'. "

Enable edit link labels
Some applications want to support the feature for links just as node-- you hover over a link name, see the pencil, click to edit.
Flush out the Contribution Guidelines and break up some steps
Some of the steps under the "Creating a Pull Request" header of the Contribution Guidelines are actually multiple steps that could be split up for improved clarity.
