Node Weights

Certain problems demand node weights. The most common type is float weights, so that is the place to start, but ideally in the future we could support multiple weight types.

Variadic return type

Currently the return type for load_graph is Result<Graph<(), f32>>. Ideally, we'd have Result<Graph<N, E>>, for example:

let g: Graph<usize, EdgeState> = load_graph(&path);

Not sure how to do this, or if it is even possible with capnproto.
