Allow for full release notes on release candidate generation

I would like to see what my release notes will look like on the final candidate even though I am making release candidate.

I know I can do something like

$ inv release-notes -w -v 6.1.0
$ mv docs/SeleniumLibrary-6.1.0.rst docs/SeleniumLibrary-6.1.0rc2.rst

but this then requires me to change all reference from 6.1.0 to 6.1.0rc2 and I prefer the script to set the version to the release candidate. I just want to see my full notes there.
