Add in error handling for usage overage

map displays local place names

For example, Italy is "Italia" - that's not so bad, but everything in Russian areas is in Cyrillic, which I can't read at all. 😢

I think you can change how places are labeled in the MapBox interface. (This is MapBox? I'm assuming?)

Use a different API, maybe?

I somewhat sloppily switched over to a Google basemap (commenting out the Leaflet bits) to address Google API ToS issues. I'd rather just dump the Google API altogether, but haven't found any that:

Don't require a key
Are adept at address parsing
Are free and open

OSM Nominatim largely fails the second (or, perhaps, is just missing a number of addresses). Pelias might be an option soon, since they're working on the second issue.
