Multimonitor support

It is not very nice to have a long bar extending over to additional screens. There should be an easy way to either mirror the bar or create different bars depending on screen.

More logical splitting of functionality between files

Currently, what's in "lib.rs" and what's in "main.rs" is random. Bar configurations and there's not really a logical seperation of where stuff is. This needs to be fixed.

I propose something along the lines of:

• bar.rs - Where the core bar functionality lives, the i3 update loop and the rest of the "glue" code.
• config.rs - Grouping of all constants, like colors and such, in one place.
• modules.rs - All the laid after each other.
