Remove Comments JSON from response when there are non

Like title, remove JSON Comments Array when there are no comments to reduce bandwidth

Attempting to get a random secret without telling it to load comments or not results in server error

when you navigate to /random without appending ?loadComments=true or ?loadComments=false it returns an internal server error

Secret Creator sees own secrets when browsing

If you create a secret, after a while you will see your own secret when browsing. You should only be able to see them in a separate tab

Change template engine to Vue

For comments and other things where we need a lot of something to be made very fast, it makes a lot of sense to use Vue. We also can use it for updating the user interface very quickly with every new secret coming in so we don't have to do it our selfs. It might take a bit of work to get going but would be easy to add on once we start using it.

Add user accounts

There should be user accounts that allow you to keep track of all the secrets you have seen, as well as see your own secrets and the response to them
