e2source type files should allow files table
For historic reasons, a e2source of type files doesn't accept a files table but insists on 'file', singluar. Both chroot and licenses config allows 'files'.
Change e2source default to files and allow file for backwards compatibility. Adjust documentation.
e2 incompatible with new args parsing in rsync 3.2.4

Work around: export RSYNC_OLD_ARGS=1 or add --old-args for rsync tool in e2.conf
Improve git list_refs() with better error message and more robust parsing
Generic_git.list_refs() could generate better error messages.
- Include invalid line in error message
- Improve regexp, match begin of line, maybe match length of hex string? Needs testing iirc the output of ls-remote and show-ref wasn't identical.
