Empty line in email_whitelist is copied as is in /etc/postfix/transport

This prevents postfix to be able to send emails:

Zend-mail doesn't work while sending email

I setup Tuleap using the docker image running on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS. I managed to get it running, except it seems that the mail plugin isn't working. Specifically, the Zend-mail functionality. Here is the output of my nginx error log:

While running latest tuleap sources on tuleap-aio-dev:

Developers should not have to manually run the following command in order to use gettext:
