Dynamite and Tile Entities

Hi,
My mod requires checking of nearby blocks for TileEntities. This is made a bit tricky by your mod, which seems to say BlockDynamite has a TileEntity, but when I call getTileEntity() it returns null. I'm not 100% sure but I think BlockDynamite only returns a TileEntity on certain states, so this can be fixed by making hasTileEntity check the state, and only return true if the state is correct. Please could you change this? Or I can submit a PR if you prefer.
