Presentation discrepancies in introduction screen

Original version, played in dosbox:

Modern version v1.0.2:

The current version looks much too crispy.
This could be caused by a variety of things:

• the color palette construction routine;
• the fade out algorithm;
• or the drawing logic specific to the introduction.

Bring sound effects

The original Italian version of Crystal Pixels had sound effects (and even music!), but this was lost in the English version. It would probably be interesting to bring these to the modern port. The sound files are still available at Anynowhere.com, although we'd need to find a way to read them and reproduce them using SDL

I'm not sure if I will ever get to work on this, but still I felt it was worth keeping this on record. For what it's worth, the parts which would trigger a sound effect were only commented out.

WebAssembly support

We could try to make it possible to run Crystal Pixels on a browser.

Offset UI response

The console UI that says "SPIN", "LEAD", "EXTR", "DOCK", "ORIG" seems to have offset inputs. Like, when I press F4 to dock, it does in fact dock, but it highlights EXTR on the UI.
