5Fとかならソクロ付けたほうがいいと思います
Ping値はフレーム換算してあります
Ping値100はタイムアウトになったものです
ソクロによるラグ軽減は反映されていないはずなので、5Fでもソクロ有りならほぼ問題ないと思います
AutoPunchはどうなるか不明
原理としては観戦パケットを送るような仕組みなので、ホストに過剰な負荷がかかることは無いはずです
