Make app cluster safe.

This app may cause problems in a clustered environment. We need to make sure that the job always just fires on one node. The best is probably to fire it on the master node.

Problem with installer of cronjob

I only have this problem with the cronjob app, so my guess is that it is specific for this app:

When I go to install the 0.4.0 version of the app in the Applications app, I click install and find it in the list. It seems the installation does not finish, because the blue progress bar is not removed when it is done:

If i exit the installer popup box, the app shows as installed, but if I choose install again, it is still listed as an uninstalled app:

I have not figured out how to use this app, so I have not been able to test if it works.

What happens if job kicked off by cron fails?

They report that suddenly the jobs kicked off by the cron-app stops doing what it does, and nothing in logs.

Time zone

The jobs.xml file seems to be basing itself on the server timezone. This is not always good when server is in GMT but we want things to run at a specific time regardless of summer time or normal time in my time zone. My feature request is to be able to specify the requested time zone in the jobs.xml file and that the app handles this properly.

Switch the app to lib-cron

lib-cron offers more functionality than this app used to, so we should switch to lib-cron and drop the server-side Java codebase from this app. It's important that the new version of the app can be used with existing scheduling/tasks from previous versions, so test that thoroughly.

Upgrade app-cronjob to be xp 7.0 compatible
