Issue on OSX with project absolute paths
I get paths like this /Users/dfowler/dev/aspnetcore-app-workshop/src\FrontEnd\FrontEnd.csproj when I parse the solution file and look at project absolute paths. This results if alse File.Exists checks.
The workaround is to replace the backslash with Path.DirectorySeparatorChar
Add write api
Consider contributing the solution folder file reader to the mainstream MSBuild project.
The most important distinguishing feature of this project is the change 8ba14e6 brought, specifically the addition of the ProjectInProperty.FolderFiles property.
It would be helpful if this commit was contributed to the official dotnet/msbuild project (and it would close dotnet/msbuild#1708).
