AWS Deployment Problem ("Actions")

I saw your video and did exactly the same thing,,it's giving totally same output. But at the last step (Deployment in EC2) , I did the same steps but nothing is showing in Actions. The EC2 machine is running continuously and Listening for Jobs but in my GitHub repository in the "Actions" section there is nothing(Not even the yellow dot which you got after it added to the actions).

How to solve it ??

Error: Process completed with exit code 1. in Build, tag, and push image to Amazon ECR

Facing issue at Continuous Deployment stage

The workflow is going till Continuous delivery but while the next job is getting started, I am facing below mentioned issue at Pull latest images from AWS ECR:

I have tried different options in the workflow file but hard luck. Please guide. Here is my workflow file history:
