Blockchain books resources request

There are no blockchain book resources for beginners and developers who want to expand their knowledge in that domain.

There's a book for learning and a guide book for using blockchain in business, law and technology solutions by Joseph J. Bambara. I'd like to contribute it as a fix for this issue.

Adding new Doc resource

I came across a resource that combines multiple developer documentation in a clean and organized web UI. The resource contains documentation on almost every technology in use today, not all though. For example, there is nothing for C#, but it covers about 80% (estimated statistics).

Most people can't tell what exact book they need just from the name so adding a description other than the book name would give more context to each book, we can make use of the format below.

The C Programming Language (2nd Edition) by Brian W. Kernighan, Dennis M. Ritchie

This book is meant to help the reader learn how to program in C. It contains a tutorial introduction to get new users started as soon as possible, separate chapters on each major feature, and a reference manual.

I'd like to add some books about Django and Django Rest Framework to the resources section. As a Python framework, I believe it would be beneficial to have a separate folder dedicated to Django-related resources. Would it be possible to create a new folder specifically for Django materials?

I think i found a better way to add description to the books added to this project

In the main markdown file, a table can be written with author, description and other relevant fields/columns
