eoscommunity.org's Issues

Leading Exchanges section to show preferred exchanges

The website is simple and effective and will be a great "shop front" for those new to EOS. Well done ๐Ÿ‘ .

My suggestion is around the "Leading Exchanges" section.

I think it could be useful for new users and for the benefit of EOS to structure this section as a small ranking table of the leading exchanges (even if they are hardcoded, to begin with). Other than the exchange names/links and icons it could list:

  • Rating stars for as rated by the community in telegram polls
  • Trading liquidity for most recent 24hrs
  • Withdrawal/Deposit fees
  • Community contributions
  • Trading Pairs available
  • Support of other EOS based tokens trading.

The intention of this suggestion is to try to encourage exchanges to put some more effort into supporting EOS when they are being compared against other competing exchanges.

Add section for Investors

I believe one shortcoming of EOS is the lack of communications towards investors. (Mainly due to B1 legal constraints).
In addition, talking about crypto more in general, price fluctuations always smell of pump & dump.
I am thus writing to suggest the insertion a section for investors (maybe even for influencers) where we bring in one place and track some key performance metrics about the business soundness of the ecosystem. This with intent to make more evident the relationship between price changes and variation in the fundamentals of the ecosystem in order to build an extra layer of trust and confidence in the project (thus also providing objective evidence to curb FUD). I am an investor in Swissborg and they do an excellent job at keeping all their key metrics available to everyone to check (https://swissborg.com/chsb-overview).
The first step would be to identify relevant metrics (#Wallets, Volume of transactions, AUM of Defi projects, maybe inflow from other chains through wrapped tokens such as pBTC,ETH,etc, even a qualitative map of the main projects per category could help).
Thank you for considering this proposal.
Go EOS!
