Dependencies issue

$ ruby -v                                                                                                                                                                                            
ruby 2.4.0p0 (2016-12-24 revision 57164) [x86_64-darwin14]
$ rails -v
Rails 5.0.6

After adding gem 'epages-rest', '~> 1.0', '>= 1.0.3' to Gemfile

I got this:

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "activesupport":
  In snapshot (Gemfile.lock):
    activesupport (= 5.0.6)

  In Gemfile:
    epages-rest (>= 1.0.3, ~> 1.0) was resolved to 1.0.6, which depends on
      activesupport (~> 4.2)
