Unix time is not user friendly

Bitcoin Core speaks in Unix time, but Unix time is not good UI/UX.

Find a better option that would pass the "grandma" test.

The script takes a long time to run

This is because the script is running a linear search.

Planning to modify the script to use a binary search.

Make target_time a script argument

Currently, the user has to modify the script's target_time to input time.

A better approach would be to accept an optional script argument from the user.

If the user does not pass in an argument, then default to the pre-defined target_time variable.

Verify that bitcoin-cli is installed. If not, error early.

Test the script on macOS

They should be compatible since it's bash vs zsh but need to verify.

Verify that either bitcoind or bitcoin-qt is running. If not, error early.
