Delay and Pitch Shifting not working when sliders are moved

When you launch the App (headphones plugged in), you speak and hear your words back in the headphone. That's working to this point.

Changing the delay from 1 to 2 produces jitter. We should be able to change the delay from 0 to 1000 ms with the slider.

Changing the pitch slider from 0 to minus or plus value, produces no pitch shifted feedback. We should be able to pitchshift from -10 to +10 with 0 being no pitchshift.

Compare it DAF assistant lite App and that's exactly what this should do after fixing the above issues. You would be changing a couple of functions related with PitchShift and performDelay and Run in Recorder.java file.
