To prevent redundant repositories mocking, there's need to create an abstraction of exchangable repository storage (like InMemory or Doctrine) to control where are those data saved

In order to not to manage resources that user is not permitted to, create an ACL mechanism that allows to read/write resources (projects. catalogues, messages) that user is allowed to.
