Improve error message when HTTP 500 is returned by API gateway

Problem

Example from Terrafrom, when API gateway is not able to perform client creds flow (and responds with HTTP 500):

Error: ecx rest error: httpCode: 0, message: operation failed: Get "https://uatapi.equinix.com/ecx/v3/l2/serviceprofiles/services": oauth2: failed to fetch token: invalid character '}' looking for beginning of object key string

Expected behaviour

It is expected that error message from oauth2 module will contain:

• HTTP code (500 in this case)
• valid error message from JSON error structure

implement static token support

The Config object should have the option of having a static token defined. When a static token is defined in the Config, the TokenSource would then use https://pkg.go.dev/golang.org/x/oauth2#StaticTokenSource rather than ReuseTokenSource.

Static tokens are used in the Equinix Sandbox APIs.
