Raw links to relative links

As agreed with Enkel, using relative links in markdown files for images would be more sustainable.

To-Do: Update all the image links in master to be relative.

Add Drone configuration for CI

Add a simple Drone Cloud configuration to this repo, so that we have tests.

As an example, this might include

  • lint for the Markdown files, so we catch structural problems fast
  • grammar/style/spelling checks for Markdown files
  • production of PDF output or other print-ready or ebook-ready formats (with Pandoc)

As a start I'm thinking we set up just enough so that the README lints clean.

"termination_time" parameter for CI jobs

It's possible to configure a server or batch of servers to be automatically deleted after provisioning at a specific time by setting the "termination_time" parameter. There is a brief mention of this in the spot market page currently at https://support.packet.com/kb/articles/spot-market

The observation is that this would be a tremendously useful parameter to add for folks doing batch deployments for short-lived CI runs, and we should document this with an eye towards those applications.
