I've made an update checker in a couple other programs. It's something to consider for the future.

Maybe something as 'changelog.txt' in the repository and/or putting the changes in the releases page instead of just 'Win32 executable' can be nice too
The changes are showed with the commit, like
fffc02a
but that is not very nice heh :P

For me a text file in the repository would be just enough- I suppose that update history in releases page is not worth the effort.
