Portuguese in the repository

We should consider using only English in the repository since it's more universal. I've seen some commits and issues in Portuguese but the code and comments should also be in English IMO. We might want to open source the project sometime for example, and it's good to have the practice in using English in this industry anyway.

Binários na commit tree do git

Então, o repositório ta compartilhando uns arquivos binários ai(dependencias do servidor). Seria bizu ter uma outra forma de compartilhar isso ai e deixar o git só cuidado do código mesmo. Podia ser uma pasta no dropbox/copy pra gente compartilhar todos os assets e dependências separadamente.
