Rewrite rendering loop

We're currently rendering layer-by-layer, which makes it easy to optimize rendering for batched calls but provides an unintuitive result for most cases and makes it hard to impose zOrder constraints.

Box2D integration + Time Tracking system

Create a reliable and reasonably precise system for time tracking, which will then be synchronized with Box2d.

Box2d will also need an integration with the Scene graph. Get some inspiration from cocos2d-x.

Touch Handling system

Implement it via listeners + singleton input manager class. Desired basic input events:

• Mouse movement;
• Keyboard;
• Mouse clicks;

Callback registering should be as simple as implementing the IListener<(???)Event> interface and the required callbacks.

Also, a touch priority z ordering should be defined and be independent from the scene graph.

Recalculate complete transform only on a frame-by-frame basis

Currently, every transformation requires updating the whole subtree belonging to that node. If we keep only the local transform on every node and calculate the transform only upon rendering, it'd be great.
