Customize the vessel and institution lists

I'd like to be able to use an alternate vessel list and institution list as the ones that are in the hyo2/soundspeed/base/setup_sql.py file.

Decode the serial number from an SeaAndSun *.TOB file

Modify the _parse_header() function to extract the serial number.

Update the HYPACK exporter to the version 3 VEL format

The valeport reader should be able to extract the S/N from a txt file

Since the S/N of the probe is available in the valeport TXT format (miniSVP probe), the reader should be able to extract it automatically.

Setting up a NMEA-0183 network listener

There is now a branch containing a rudimentary NMEA-0183 network listener. The listener is mostly inspired from the existing SIS listener. The NMEA-0183 will parse any $$GGA or $$GGL sentence to extract a latitude and longitude that is displayed in the Sound Speed Manager status bar.

When importing a sound speed profile with an active NMEA-0183 listener, the position attribution should follow the following priority:
a) If the sound speed file contains position, use that position.
b) If the sound speed file does not contain position, let the user decide whether the position should be taken from the NMEA-0183 listener or if it should be entered manually.

Disabling the output of absorption coefficients in the asvp export

When exporting a SSP to the Kongsberg asvp format, the absorption coefficients get automatically generated. It would be a nice enhancement to allow the user to choose if these files are required or not.

Using alternate values for the Probe attribute for the MVP reader

At present, the MVP reader will fill the 'Probe' attribute with the value 'MVP'. Depending on the input data file format, it may be possible to extract more accuracte information about the sensor used in the fish. For example, the s12-Format contains the instrument type (e.g. AML_uCTD). Wenn possible, the reader should display this information.

Modify the _parse_m1_header() function to extract the serial number of the probe.

A cusomizable view of the SSM database

I think it would be a good enhancement to have the possibility to create custom views of the SSM database in the database tab. For example, for us, a simpler view with fewer attributes, but with the important "harmonic mean" attribute would be a very interesting feature.
